Members will be asked to vote on the following proposed rule change:

6. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
(a) An Annual Membership fee of £100 is to be paid by all members. This fee is to be paid when renewing membership or becoming a member. £20 is to be paid in August when signing for the club and the balance paid at £10 per month for the following 8 months. Membership Fees shall not be repayable.
(b) A subscription of £5 per month is to be paid by all members from September to May (8 months) to cover the cost of tuition, coaching, equipment and use of the club facilities. Subscriptions shall not be repayable.

6. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
(a) An annual fee payable by each member and a schedule of payments shall be determined from time to time by the Club Committee. Any fee shall be payable on a successful application for membership and annually by each member. Fees shall not be repayable.
(b)A monthly subscription is to be paid by all members from September to May (8 months) to cover the cost of tuition, coaching, equipment and use of the club facilities. The amount shall be determined from time to time by the Club Committee. Subscriptions shall not be repayable.
